Rodney Mann

Rodney is the Founder and Managing Director of Steeplechase Advisory Group, a management consulting firm assisting businesses large and small to overcome obstacles and navigate their way to successful transformation. He has over three decades of leadership initiating, managing, and delivering high-impact, strategic, operational, technology, and data engagements. Rodney has held numerous senior leadership positions for leading management consulting organizations and, in addition to Steeplechase, has founded two boutique firms.

Rodney received his M.S. from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and his B.S. from Lewis & Clark College. He is active with MBO Advantage, a leading association for independent professionals, Chicago Innovation, a broad-based organization promoting innovation and creativity, and MIT’s alumni and educational counseling programs. He lives in Chicago with his wife and teenaged son.
