Ken Hernandez

Ken Hernandez is a seasoned Global Supply Chain leader that has been an independent consultant for 14 plus years, his focus is on optimization and strategic sourcing. During his tenure he has traveled extensively to deliver global transformation programs for some of the top companies in their sector. He is the Managing Partner for Titan Business Group which he established in 2007 and leads an experienced group of consultants focused on creating significant value across organizations. Setting reasonable expectations in collaboration with our clients ensures we deliver success.

In recent years, due to the growth in the private equity acquisitions he and his team have concentrated on providing consulting to mid to large growth companies under new management. He also provides guidance and teaches Supply Chain Strategies in Spanish and English to organizations during his travels to an extensive amount of countries in Central and South America as well as Europe.
