Adam Lyons

Adam Lyons is a Senior Counsel at Scotiabank, focusing on debt and equity capital markets for US and Latin America. Adam previously practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York and Vinson and Elkins LLP and Willkie Farr LLP in Houston. He grew up in Austin, TX, the youngest of five siblings.

He received his undergraduate degree in Physics from Harvard and taught math and science for two years in Perth, Australia and in Seoul, Korea before returning to Harvard for graduate school, pursuing a joint degree in law and international development (JD/MPA-ID). He enjoys travel, hiking and tennis, but spends much of his free time with his two rescue dogs, Hershel and Parker.
